Due to COVID-19 disruption, this project is on hold until Spring/Summer 2022. 
What IS n3rD Guitar?
Don't be offended by the name fellow ukesters!
/nərd/ Verb: to engage in or discuss a technical field obsessively or with great attention to detail. 
I'd say that's us Ukulele enthusiasts, wouldn't you?
This particular n3rd guitar is printed on a 3D printer! There are 12 parts plus some heavy duty bolts and a handful of screws that nicely hold all the parts together for this unique, playable, ukulele. Where are the tuning pegs? At the BOTTOM of the uke! A cap cover keeps them hidden but accessible. What about the head stock? I will have interchangeable heads so you can change by season or mood! With 3D printing, anything is possible including colour combinations and other customizable modifications. Stay tuned...
The first of a series of 3D printed ukuleles. It took 12 modifications to the original design to hold tuning. Next modification is adding a neck 'post' for strength.
